Voyager Vault manages files and organizational knowledge with versions, permissions, preview, editing and search. The difference is where those documents live in the operating model: a contract can stay with the account, a procedure with the work it governs and research evidence with the decision it supports.

How it works

A document carries its context: the customer, the work, the decision and the procedure.

Files live in Vault or stay in the storage you already use. Either way, each one is linked to what it explains, with versions and permissions. Illustrative.

Does Voyager include document management?: Yes. Vault provides a document library with folders, versions, permissions, preview and editing, search and links to related records.
Do we have to move our files into Voyager?: No. Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint, Dropbox and Box can stay connected. You can also move selected libraries into Voyager.
Can documents inform Voyager Intelligence?: Yes, where authorized. Relevant documents can inform summaries, research and prepared work, with sources recorded.
