Voyager Cookie & Tracking Notice

This Notice explains how Voyager uses cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, device identifiers, tags, and similar technologies on Voyager websites and applications.

1. Categories of technologies

Strictly necessary

Used for authentication, security, fraud prevention, session management, load balancing, account routing, workspace selection, consent preferences, and core functionality. These technologies generally cannot be disabled through Voyager’s cookie controls where they are necessary to provide the requested service.

Preferences

Remember language, display settings, workspace preferences, accessibility settings, and similar choices.

Analytics and performance

Measure visits, feature usage, errors, performance, and product adoption. Depending on deployment and consent, Voyager may use first-party analytics or third-party analytics providers.

Advertising, attribution, and measurement

Where permitted and enabled, Voyager may use advertising and measurement technologies from providers such as Google Ads/Analytics, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, Microsoft Advertising/UET, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, X, and similar platforms.

These technologies may process online identifiers, device/browser information, IP address, campaign parameters, page or screen activity, and conversion events.

Communications engagement

Voyager may measure email delivery, opens, clicks, replies, or link access when enabled. Engagement events may be attached to relevant business records as operational evidence or analytics. Recipients may have legal rights regarding tracking, and customers are responsible for using outreach features lawfully.

2. Consent

In jurisdictions that require prior consent for non-essential storage or access technologies, Voyager will request consent before activating non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar tracking.

Rejecting non-essential tracking should not prevent access to core Voyager functionality.

3. Protected connected-service data

Advertising and tracking systems must not receive protected content from connected services merely because that content is present in Voyager.

Voyager does not use Google Workspace message/file/calendar/chat content, Microsoft work-content integrations, HealthKit or Health Connect data, private file contents, or connected accounting records for targeted advertising or data-broker purposes.

4. Mobile tracking

On Apple platforms, if Voyager or an integrated SDK tracks a user across apps or websites owned by other companies in a way that requires App Tracking Transparency authorization, Voyager will request that authorization through Apple’s system prompt before tracking.

On Android and other mobile platforms, Voyager will comply with applicable platform permissions, advertising-ID, consent, and store disclosure requirements.

5. Your choices

Users may be able to manage cookies and tracking through:

• Voyager’s consent or privacy-preferences interface;
• browser cookie controls;
• device privacy settings;
• advertising-platform controls;
• Apple App Tracking Transparency;
• Android privacy controls; and
• legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

6. California and similar opt-outs

Voyager does not sell personal information for money.

Some advertising technologies may constitute “sharing,” “sale,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, Voyager will provide a “Your Privacy Choices” or equivalent opt-out mechanism and honor qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals.

7. Current technology inventory

Voyager maintains and updates disclosures for non-essential tags and SDKs as they are deployed, including information required by applicable law about purpose, data categories, and user choices.

The Privacy Policy describes broader categories of providers that Voyager may use. We update this Notice as the deployed tracking stack changes where required or appropriate.
