Voyager SMS Messaging
This page describes the Voyager transactional SMS program operated by Talon Global LLC for users who choose to receive text messages from Voyager.
What messages may include
When you enroll in SMS, Voyager may send verification codes, security and sign-in alerts, account and workspace notifications, service updates, and customer-support communications that you request or authorize.
This transactional SMS program does not include promotional or marketing text messages. If Voyager offers marketing SMS in the future, it will use a separate consent flow and, where required, a separate messaging program.
How consent is collected
SMS consent is collected through Voyager account settings, account verification or security-notification enrollment, or another Voyager interface that clearly identifies Voyager and the messages you are choosing to receive. SMS consent is collected with a separate, unchecked affirmative control and is not preselected or bundled with marketing consent.
When enabling SMS verification or transactional security messages, the user confirms the mobile number and accepts the applicable SMS disclosure before messages are enabled.
SMS consent disclosure
Voyager interfaces use the following transactional SMS disclosure:

The disclosure is presented with links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before consent is submitted.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on account activity, security events, notification settings, and support interactions. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP to opt out of messages under the applicable Voyager SMS program. After a valid opt-out, Voyager will not send further messages under that program unless you complete a permitted re-enrollment flow.

Privacy
Voyager does not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional messaging. Service providers acting on Voyager's behalf may process messaging information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and operate the service or comply with law.
