Voyager Terms of Service

Effective date: August 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Voyager websites, web applications, desktop applications, mobile applications, business workspaces, personal or family experiences, integrations, AI and automation features, and related services (the “Services”).

The Services are provided by Talon Global LLC or the Talon affiliate identified in your order, subscription, app-store listing, or other agreement (“Voyager,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accepting an order, installing an application, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you use Voyager for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. The organization is responsible for its administrators, members, users, connected services, content, and use of the Services.

If you use a personal or family workspace, you are responsible for the information you add about other people and for having any permission or authority required to process that information.

Voyager is not currently a child-directed service and does not offer accounts intended for children under 13.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by Voyager’s breach of its obligations.

Voyager may support multiple business, personal, or family contexts. Data, permissions, connected services, communications, files, and notifications may be separated by workspace or context. Users must not attempt to bypass tenant, workspace, role, or permission boundaries.

Organization administrators may add or remove members, control permissions, configure integrations, and manage organization-controlled data.

3. The Services

Voyager is a work and life coordination platform. Depending on the plan and configuration, Services may include communications, requests, scheduling, calendar, contacts, CRM, sales, marketing, outreach, projects and work, files, research, product development, team collaboration, personal or family organization, billing, integrations, reporting, AI-assisted features, and agents or automated workflows.

Features may change, be introduced gradually, remain in beta, or be available only on certain platforms or plans.

4. Customer Content

“Customer Content” means information, files, communications, records, prompts, instructions, and other content submitted to or processed through the Services by or for a user or customer.

As between you and Voyager, you retain your rights in Customer Content.

You grant Voyager a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, transform, display, and otherwise use Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services; comply with law; and carry out your instructions, subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable data-processing terms, connected-platform restrictions, and any additional agreement.

You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis necessary to provide Customer Content to Voyager and to instruct Voyager to process it.

5. Business customer responsibilities

Business customers are responsible for:

  • determining the lawful basis for personal information they place in Voyager;
  • providing required notices to employees, customers, prospects, vendors, and other individuals;
  • configuring user roles and permissions appropriately;
  • ensuring connected-service permissions are authorized;
  • complying with employment, monitoring, communications, marketing, recording, and sector-specific laws;
  • responding to individual privacy requests where the customer acts as controller; and
  • ensuring instructions to Voyager are lawful.

Where Voyager acts as a processor or service provider, additional data-processing terms may apply.

6. Connected services

You may connect third-party services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Dropbox, Box, Apple/iCloud-compatible services, Meta services, communications providers, accounting systems, CRM services, automation platforms, signature providers, conferencing services, and other integrations.

By connecting a service, you authorize Voyager to access and exchange information within the permissions you approve and to perform actions you initiate or configure.

You are responsible for your relationship with each third-party provider and for complying with that provider’s terms. Third-party services may change, limit, suspend, or revoke access independently of Voyager.

Voyager may disable an integration when necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform terms, or respond to a provider change.

7. Google services

Use of Google APIs and Google Workspace-connected features is subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

Voyager will use information received through Google Workspace scopes only in accordance with the Google Workspace User Data and Developer Policy, Google API Services User Data Policy, and Limited Use requirements.

You may not use Voyager to cause Google data to be used in a manner prohibited by those policies, including for unauthorized advertising, data brokerage, surveillance, creditworthiness, or generalized AI-model training.

8. Microsoft services

Use of Microsoft-connected functionality is subject to Microsoft’s applicable terms, permissions, tenant controls, and administrator-consent requirements.

Customers must request only the permissions needed for the features they enable and must not use Voyager to bypass Microsoft tenant policies or administrator restrictions.

9. Meta and messaging platforms

Use of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp Business, or other Meta-connected functionality is subject to Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, messaging rules, business terms, and permission requirements.

Customers are responsible for using connected messaging channels within the permitted messaging windows, consent requirements, and use cases of the relevant platform.

10. Communications, marketing, and outreach

Voyager may allow users to send or coordinate email, newsletters, sales outreach, SMS, messaging, calls, and other communications, including through manual, assisted, scheduled, or agent-driven workflows.

You are responsible for:

  • having a lawful basis and any consent required to contact recipients;
  • complying with anti-spam, telemarketing, robocall, robotext, direct-marketing, and privacy laws;
  • maintaining accurate sender identity;
  • honoring unsubscribe, STOP, opt-out, suppression, and Do Not Call requests;
  • complying with frequency and messaging-window restrictions;
  • obtaining call or meeting recording consent where required;
  • using contact lists obtained lawfully;
  • complying with platform acceptable-use policies; and
  • ensuring AI or automated communications are not deceptive or unlawful.

Voyager may suspend communications features where we reasonably believe they are being used for spam, harassment, deception, illegal robocalling, unlawful scraping, or other abusive activity.

Voyager transactional SMS program

If you affirmatively enroll a mobile number to receive SMS from Voyager, Voyager may send transactional messages that you request or authorize, including verification codes, security and sign-in alerts, account and workspace notifications, service updates, and customer-support communications. Promotional or marketing SMS is not included in this transactional program and requires separate consent where offered.

  • Message frequency varies based on your account activity, security events, settings, and support interactions.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of messages under the applicable SMS program. After a valid opt-out, no further messages under that program will be sent unless you complete a permitted re-enrollment flow.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@voyagerhubs.com.
  • Consent to transactional SMS is not a condition of purchasing or using unrelated Voyager services.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current and for removing a number you no longer control.

Opting out may disable SMS-based notifications and may require you to select another available authentication or recovery method. For information about how Voyager handles mobile numbers and SMS consent records, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Recording and transcription

Where the Services provide call, meeting, audio, video, screen, or activity recording or transcription, the user initiating the recording is responsible for providing legally required notice and obtaining legally required consent.

Do not use recording or transcription features where they are prohibited.

12. AI and automated agents

Voyager may provide AI-assisted features and agents that can draft, summarize, classify, research, recommend, schedule, communicate, or take actions using tools and connected services.

AI systems can make mistakes, omit context, or produce inaccurate results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and configuring appropriate approvals, permissions, budgets, rate limits, and human oversight.

Do not use Voyager AI or agents as the sole basis for medical diagnosis, legal advice, credit decisions, employment decisions, insurance eligibility, emergency response, or other high-impact decisions unless Voyager expressly offers a compliant feature for that purpose.

You are responsible for actions you authorize an agent to perform. Voyager may impose approval gates or disable automation where necessary for safety, security, platform compliance, or abuse prevention.

13. Health and wellness features

Any personal health, wellness, Apple Health, HealthKit, or Health Connect feature is informational and organizational unless Voyager expressly states otherwise.

Voyager is not a medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment through general-purpose features. Do not rely on Voyager for emergency medical services.

Health information must not be used through Voyager for advertising or other purposes prohibited by Apple, Google, law, or the Privacy Policy.

14. Financial, accounting, tax, and business information

Voyager may organize or synchronize billing, payment, accounting, finance, sales, and business records.

Unless expressly stated in a separate professional-services agreement, Voyager does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, banking, lending, or financial advice. Customers are responsible for reviewing financial records and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

15. Subscription, billing, and payments

Paid plans may be billed through Stripe, an app store, Xero, another authorized billing provider, or directly by Voyager.

Prices, billing periods, plan limits, taxes, trials, renewal terms, and cancellation rules will be shown at purchase or in an order form.

Unless required otherwise by law or stated in an order, subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period until canceled.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.

App-store purchases are also subject to the applicable app store’s billing and refund rules.

16. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

  • violate law or another person’s rights;
  • send spam, illegal marketing, unlawful robocalls or robotexts, or communications that disregard opt-outs;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, or defraud;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent sender identity;
  • distribute malware or conduct unauthorized security attacks;
  • obtain or use credentials, tokens, or data without authorization;
  • bypass tenant isolation, authentication, permissions, rate limits, or security controls;
  • scrape or collect data in violation of law, website terms, robots restrictions, or platform policy;
  • conduct unlawful surveillance;
  • build or operate a data broker using protected connected-service data;
  • use protected Google Workspace or health data for advertising or prohibited model training;
  • make prohibited discriminatory or high-impact decisions using sensitive data;
  • infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • reverse engineer the Services except where law expressly permits it;
  • resell or sublicense the Services except under a written agreement; or
  • use the Services in a way that materially interferes with other users or providers.

17. Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how Voyager processes personal information.

For organization-controlled Customer Content, Voyager may act as a processor, service provider, or contractor. A Data Processing Addendum may be made available for business customers that require one.

You are responsible for your own privacy notices and legal obligations when you determine the purposes and means of processing personal information through the Services.

18. Security

You must use reasonable security practices, maintain accurate user access, protect credentials, and promptly remove access for people who should no longer use a workspace.

You must notify Voyager promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or misuse that may affect the Services.

19. Intellectual property

Voyager and its licensors own the Services, software, designs, trademarks, documentation, and other materials provided by Voyager, excluding Customer Content and third-party materials.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Voyager grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Feedback may be used by Voyager without restriction or payment, provided it does not require disclosure of your confidential information.

20. Confidentiality

Non-public information disclosed by one party to the other and reasonably understood to be confidential must be protected using reasonable care and used only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.

Disclosure required by law is permitted subject to legally available notice and protective measures.

21. Beta, preview, and experimental features

Beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features may be incomplete, change without notice, or have additional limitations.

Do not use experimental functionality as the sole system for critical or regulated operations unless the applicable documentation expressly says it is production-ready for that use.

22. Third-party services and content

Voyager does not control third-party services. Their availability, security, functionality, privacy practices, pricing, and terms are the responsibility of the third-party provider.

Voyager is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or omissions, but this does not limit Voyager’s obligations for subprocessors acting on Voyager’s behalf where applicable law imposes those obligations.

23. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Voyager or cancel a subscription subject to the applicable billing terms.

Voyager may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, platform-policy violations, abuse, or where required by law.

Where reasonable, Voyager will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before terminating for breach unless immediate action is necessary for security, legal, or abuse reasons.

24. Data after termination

Following termination, access to Customer Content may end. Voyager may provide an export period or deletion workflow depending on the plan and product.

Data may be retained where required by law, security obligations, backup cycles, audit requirements, dispute resolution, or a business customer’s valid retention instruction.

Connected-service access tokens should be revoked or deleted when no longer required.

25. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

VOYAGER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PARTICULAR USE.

AI OUTPUTS, AUTOMATED ACTIONS, ANALYTICS, RECOMMENDATIONS, TRANSCRIPTS, SUMMARIES, AND GENERATED CONTENT MAY BE INACCURATE AND REQUIRE HUMAN REVIEW.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYAGER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, VOYAGER’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID OR PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER TO VOYAGER FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100 FOR A FREE SERVICE.

This section does not limit liability to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer law.

27. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a business customer will defend and indemnify Voyager against third-party claims arising from the customer’s unlawful Customer Content, unlawful communications or outreach, violation of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Voyager.

Consumer users are not required to indemnify Voyager where applicable consumer law prohibits such a requirement.

28. Export, sanctions, and lawful use

You may not use or export the Services in violation of applicable trade controls or sanctions laws.

You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable law.

29. App-store and platform terms

Apple

If you download Voyager through Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and Voyager, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of Voyager. To the extent required by Apple’s terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable app-license provisions.

Your use of the application must comply with the App Store terms and applicable Apple platform rules.

Google Play

If you download Voyager through Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and policies. Billing and refunds processed by Google may be subject to Google Play rules.

Other stores and distribution channels

Additional platform terms may apply when an application is distributed through Microsoft, Apple, Google, enterprise deployment, or another marketplace.

30. Changes to the Services or Terms

Voyager may update the Services and these Terms. If a change materially reduces user rights or materially changes obligations, Voyager will provide notice as required by law.

Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

31. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Exclusive venue for disputes not subject to a different mandatory venue will be the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Business order forms may specify different dispute or governing-law terms, in which case the order form controls.

32. General terms

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without Voyager’s consent except as part of a permitted corporate transaction. Voyager may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets, subject to applicable privacy and platform requirements.

These Terms, applicable order forms, the Privacy Policy, and incorporated addenda constitute the agreement concerning the Services.
