Usage
Subscription and real variable costs, kept apart.
Voyager uses AI models for reasoning, drafting and research. Ordinary software use is not billed as AI usage, and outside provider costs are not hidden inside the subscription.
Budgets, limits and visibility are part of the platform. Additional compute is bought when you choose to, and nothing is charged automatically.
Deep research, substantial content generation, intensive Worker activity, large media generation and similar expensive work can use pooled credits or separately measured compute. You can bring your own model provider keys where supported.
SMS, voice calling, shipping labels and carrier charges, payment processing, some external data providers, mailbox infrastructure and premium third-party APIs are usage, shown separately from the subscription.

- What does Voyager Business include?
- Voyager Business starts at $399 per month and includes one Full Operator and the complete Voyager business platform. Every Hub and business function is included. You add Full Operators at $399 per month and Light Users at $50 per month, and External Participants are free.
- Are Hubs or modules sold separately?
- No. Hubs are configurations of the same Voyager system for different areas of the business. Sales, marketing, finance, operations, legal, facilities, research, business development and the rest are included, and there are no feature tiers to upgrade through.
- How do we decide who is a Full Operator and who is a Light User?
- A Full Operator runs a meaningful part of the business through Voyager: planning, managing, approving, configuring and overseeing work. A Light User takes part in recurring operational work, such as completing assigned tasks, viewing schedules, updating status or handling orders, without needing the full operating environment.
- Is volume pricing available?
- Yes, for larger standard deployments. Volume terms are confirmed when the deployment is scoped. They are not published as a fixed table.
- Why do restaurants, sports organizations and multi-location businesses get a custom quote?
- Some organizations create value through locations, teams, programs, facilities, large frontline workforces or participant populations rather than through a conventional seat model. Pricing every person as a Full Operator would not reflect how they operate, so these deployments are quoted individually for now.
- Are there usage charges?
- Only where real external or compute costs exist. Everyday intelligence is included. Unusually expensive machine work can use credits or measured compute within budgets you control, and third-party costs such as SMS, calling, shipping and payment processing are shown separately. Nothing is charged automatically.
