VOYAGER PRICING

Pay for the platform. Use Credits for meaningful machine work.

Voyager does not sell every Hub as another add-on. The subscription provides platform access and included capacity, Voyager Credits meter meaningful AI and automation work, and direct third-party costs stay separate instead of being disguised as AI usage.

Start at the capacity you need now.

The plans change operator capacity, included Credits, governance and commercial structure. They do not turn Voyager's Hubs into separate paid products.

Credits meter machine work, not ordinary software use.

Voyager can use different models, tools and compute for different jobs. Credits provide one customer-facing unit so the underlying technical route can change without turning the pricing model into a token calculator.

Native stays included

Ordinary platform functions, rules and deterministic workflows do not consume Credits merely because Voyager coordinates them.

Included capacity is visible

Solo includes 3,000 Credits monthly, Team 4,000 per Full Operator pooled, Business 30,000 pooled, and Enterprise starts with at least 100,000 in the canonical capacity model.

Expensive work can be governed

Credit estimates, budgets, caps and confirmation boundaries can be used where machine work is materially more expensive.

Native platform work

Rules, deterministic calculations, ordinary workflows and native platform functions.

0 Credits
AI assistance

Summaries, drafting, extraction, classification, analysis and other model-assisted work.

Uses Credits
Automation & delegated work

Multi-step machine work that uses reasoning, tools or connected systems.

Uses Credits
Deep / specialist compute

Long research, specialist models, heavy tool use or compute-intensive jobs.

Estimate before expensive work

Hubs are not paid unlocks.

Voyager is priced as one coordinated system. A capability can still depend on launch maturity, permission, deployment configuration or a connected provider, but enabling a Hub does not create a separate Hub subscription.

WORK & COORDINATION

Run the work itself.

Cockpit, Focus, Schedule, Requests, Work, meetings and connected operational coordination use the same underlying context.

RELATIONSHIPS & COMMUNICATION

Keep the customer story attached to the work.

Inbox, Discuss, Relations, sales, campaigns and service workflows can connect conversations to the people and commitments around them.

FUNCTIONAL HUBS

Use one operating model across functions.

Sales, Marketing, Support, Agency, Ecommerce, Finance, Field Service, People, IT and other configured Hubs are not separate paid SKU unlocks.

INTEGRATIONS

Start across the systems you already use.

Supported integrations let Voyager coordinate existing systems before you decide whether anything should be consolidated.

External provider costs stay external.

Calling, SMS, shipping/carrier charges, paid data, maps and similar provider-dependent costs are not silently converted into Voyager Credits. Where supported, they can use a customer-owned provider or transparent Voyager-managed metering.

Communications

Calling and messaging

Carrier/provider usage can be billed separately where those services are enabled.

Shipping

Labels, postage and carrier fees

Direct shipping costs remain separate from access to the operating workflow.

Location & data

Maps, routing, enrichment and specialty sources

Paid external services remain provider-dependent usage rather than being hidden inside the subscription.

Price the deployment you are actually buying.

Enterprise is an annual contract with negotiated capacity, Credits, governance, support and deployment requirements. Rather than publish an internal contract floor as if every deployment were identical, Voyager scopes the commercial model to the organization and the first clearly scoped responsibility.

SECURITY / DEPLOYMENT

Bring the requirements early.

Security, governance and deployment architecture are evaluated against the actual use case rather than implied by a generic plan card.

Discuss security requirements

Request access now. Start the commercial trial when your beta account is activated.

Early access is request-based while beta onboarding opens. The underlying Solo, Team and Business trial policy remains simple and transparent.

AccessRequest-based beta

We are admitting early users while additional beta surfaces and provider activations open in controlled stages.

Standard commercial trial14 days

Applied to accepted Solo, Team and Business beta accounts when activated.

Payment methodNo card required

The standard commercial trial does not require a card to begin.

Direct third-party usage can still require your own provider or separate payment approval.

The details that change a buying decision.

Do I pay extra to unlock Hubs?

No. Voyager does not price Sales, Campaigns, Support, Ecommerce, Research, Finance or other Hubs as separate paid SKU unlocks. Actual capability availability can still depend on product maturity, permissions, configuration and connected systems.

What are Voyager Credits?

Credits are Voyager's customer-facing unit for meaningful machine work. They meter AI, automation and compute while ordinary native and deterministic platform work remains included.

What can cost extra besides the subscription?

Direct third-party costs such as calling and SMS, carrier or shipping charges, paid data, maps and similar provider-dependent services can be charged separately or use your own connected provider where supported.

Is there a Team seat minimum?

The canonical Team price is per Full Operator and does not impose a fixed seat minimum in the pricing model.

Do commercial Full Operators also get Personal?

Yes. Paid commercial Full Operators receive Voyager Personal at no additional subscription charge. Family benefits vary by commercial plan. Personal ownership and data remain separate from business workspaces.

How does early access work?

Early access is currently request-based. Once an accepted Solo, Team or Business beta account is activated, the standard commercial trial model is 14 days, requires no card and includes 2,000 Voyager Credits total. Direct third-party usage can still require a connected provider or separate payment approval.

Why is Enterprise not shown as a fixed list price?

Enterprise capacity, deployment requirements and commercial terms are negotiated. Voyager keeps the internal contract floor out of the public list price rather than implying every enterprise deployment has the same shape.

Start small enough to prove Voyager. Expand when it earns the right.

Early access is currently request-based. Accepted commercial beta accounts can begin with the standard trial model; larger deployments can start with one clearly scoped department or workflow instead of a transformation program.

FIRST OPERATING COMPANIES

Voyager is being put to work first inside companies we directly operate, so real workflows shape the product before broader rollout.
