02DISPATCH

Dispatch and scheduling weigh skills, availability, service areas, time windows, capacity and real travel time. Find the nearest available worker, vehicle or asset by drive time rather than straight-line distance, preview the plan and apply it with protection against stale assumptions.

03TRIPS AND NAVIGATION

Hand off to navigation, then know whether the plan is holding.

Trips move from planned to active, arrived and complete, with navigation handoff and sync. Live position, speed and heading show whether a driver is on route. When a delay appears, Voyager shows which later appointments are at risk and proposes reassignment or rescheduling for approval instead of silently changing the route.

Share expiring tracking links with exact, approximate or hidden location and optional ETA, and revoke them at any time. Voyager supports offline location capture and replay-safe synchronization when connectivity returns, detects connectivity gaps, and keeps late observations as evidence without overwriting newer live position. Per-person and organization policies control whether location is captured, how long history is kept, whether proximity search is allowed and how precise any shared location can be.

Is this a separate maps product?: No. Location intelligence is a shared capability that appears inside field service, delivery, fleet, facilities, real estate, territories, scheduling and travel.
Can Voyager track employees continuously?: Only where your policy allows it. Location capture, history, proximity search and external sharing are each governed by explicit policy, with retention limits and a recorded basis such as consent, contract or safety.
