01SETUP
Conversational onboarding captures structure, roles, goals, tools, data, approval preferences and how much autonomy you want, then recommends a setup. A setup advisor previews changes, asks for approval and keeps a history of what changed.
02CONFIGURATION
Design your business structure, custom records and fields, workflows and approvals, forms and intake, workspaces and pages, navigation and terminology. Preview, publish, version and roll back. Templates, imports and sandboxes support safe change, and guided, conversational and direct configuration all change the same model.
03MULTI-BUSINESS AND MULTI-LOCATION
Groups with several businesses or many locations can keep data siloed by entity while still coordinating across them where authorized. Location-specific products, pricing, staffing and procedures roll up into shared analytics, with regional authority where you need it.
04BUSINESS NETWORK
The Business Network lets organizations on Voyager coordinate with a client, supplier or partner by sharing specific records and work, by permission. Each organization's data stays within its own boundary; only what is shared is visible to the other side.
05PARTNERS
Managed service providers can operate across the client organizations they serve, with delegated administration, shared work and repeatable service delivery, while each client's data stays isolated. Implementation partners can configure and deploy Voyager for their clients.
06DEVELOPERS
The developer platform provides app credentials, environments, an API explorer, an event catalog, webhook subscriptions with delivery logs and retries, lifecycle controls, documentation and testing.
07APPS AND EXTENSIONS
The App Catalog is where organizations discover, install and manage Voyager apps and extensions. Extensions add vertical or specialist capability on the shared data model and permissions, without a separate copy of the data or weaker authorization.
08WHITE-LABEL AND VERTICAL CONFIGURATIONS
Branded and vertical configurations can run on the same Voyager backend rather than requiring a separate product fork. They share the canonical data model, permissions and platform updates, while presenting their own branding and domain workflows. White-label, partner and solution-pack arrangements are scoped with Voyager.
