Voyager prepares proposals, contracts and agreements and routes them through internal approval. With DocuSign connected, an approved document can go out for signature, and when it is signed the work that depends on it can move: onboarding starts, the project opens, the vendor is set up.

- Signature status for documents sent through the connection, such as sent, viewed, signed, declined or completed, and the completed document where the connection allows.

- Where your authority policy allows, Voyager can send an approved document for signature through DocuSign, using an integrated adapter, a connected panel or a deep link, depending on what is appropriate.
- Permissions and scope
- Access follows the DocuSign account authorization and scopes granted. Sending for signature can require approval under your authority policy.
- Workflows it supports
- Proposal to contract to client onboarding, vendor agreements through procurement, and offer letters once a person has made the hiring decision.
- Voyager's own equivalent
- Voyager prepares documents, routes internal approvals and tracks agreement status. The signature itself is completed in the signing provider.

- Is DocuSign embedded in Voyager?
- Depending on what is appropriate, signing runs through an integrated adapter, a connected panel or a deep link to DocuSign.
