SOLUTION · SPORTS

Sports organizations, competitions and athlete development in one system.

The Sports Hub runs clubs, academies, leagues, associations, tournaments, schools, camps, performance organizations and solo coaches. It covers administration, competition, coaching, athlete development and recruiting, and uses Voyager's shared finance, scheduling, communications, learning, travel, facilities and privacy capabilities for the business behind the sport.

01STRUCTURE

Programs, seasons, divisions and teams.

Model programs, sport definitions and rule packs, seasons, divisions, age and level structures, teams, squads and staff, across multiple sports and locations.

  • Programs and rule packs
  • Seasons, divisions and levels
  • Teams, squads and staff

02REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

Registration, waivers, fees and eligibility with reasons.

Register athletes, coaches, staff, volunteers, officials, teams, camps, tryouts and tournaments with forms, waivers, signatures, fees and documents. Eligibility is rule-driven, with evidence, exceptions, approvals, expiry and a clear reason when someone is not eligible.

03GUARDIANS AND MINORS

Consent and access designed for young athletes.

Guardian relationships, multi-child households, consent, emergency contacts and payment responsibility are built in, and access to minors' information is purpose-limited.

04COMPETITION

Fixtures, brackets, results and standings.

Run leagues, tournaments, playoffs and cups with elimination, round-robin, pool and seeded formats. Configure scoring, forfeits, postponements and tiebreaks, derive standings from versioned rules, and assign officials.

  • Leagues, tournaments and brackets
  • Scoring, forfeits and tiebreaks
  • Officials and assignments

05ROSTERS AND STATISTICS

Rosters, lineups and sport-specific stats.

Rosters track positions, numbers, captaincy, guest and reserve players, transfers and career history. Sport-configurable statistics cover athletes, teams, events, seasons and training, with leaderboards, personal bests, percentiles and linked video references.

06COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT

Training plans, workload and athlete development.

Build season plans, programs, sessions, drills and individual plans, and track load, adherence and attendance. Development goals, skill frameworks, evaluations and milestones follow each athlete across teams and seasons. Solo coaches can work without a competition structure.

07READINESS AND PRIVACY

Non-clinical readiness, with private reflection kept private.

Configurable check-ins cover readiness, fatigue, soreness, sleep quality, motivation, confidence, energy, stress and perceived exertion. An athlete's private reflections stay private, coach-visible responses follow explicit visibility rules, and availability tracking is non-clinical: Voyager is not a medical record or diagnostic system.

08SCOUTING AND RECRUITING

Recruiting profiles the athlete controls.

Recruiting profiles show selected statistics, measurements, achievements and approved media. Scouting assignments, observations and evaluation rubrics support recommendations. Private reflections and wellness information are never visible for recruiting by default.

09OPERATIONS

Travel, facilities, equipment, finance and sponsorship.

Plan away games, tournaments and camps with transport, lodging, itineraries, participant lists and documents. Book fields, courts and venues, issue and track equipment and uniforms, and manage dues, fees, reimbursements, fundraising, donations, sponsorship deliverables and renewals, plus registrations, tickets and merchandise.

10EDUCATION, COMMUNITY AND SAFEGUARDING

Learning, portals, communication and governance.

Deliver coaching and athlete education, playbooks, safety and certification. Communicate with teams and guardians, and give athletes, guardians, coaches, administrators and the public their own portal views. Safeguarding, discipline, incidents and policy workflows are part of the same system.

An away tournament weekend

Eligibility, travel, consent, competition and follow-up in one place.

An under-16 team travels to a two-day tournament.

  1. 01
    Before

Voyager flags two players with incomplete registrations and one coach whose credential expires before the event, each with the reason.

  2. 02
    Travel

Transport, lodging, itinerary, participant list and documents are prepared, and guardians give consent for the minors travelling.

  3. 03
    Competition

Fixtures, results and bracket advancement update standings under the tournament's rules.

  4. 04
    After

Statistics, coach observations and readiness check-ins inform each athlete's development goals, and reimbursements and fees are settled.
